Ergovlex - Original

A slatted frame is essentially used to ventilate the sleeping area so that condensation that has formed during the night can dry out. Apart from that, a slatted frame should above all be stable, i.e. not swing, so that no external movement influences disturb sleep.
Some top-class slatted frames can do more, namely additional adjustment to the body contour, which can be very pleasant for side sleepers and some back sleepers. Shoulders and hips find the desired space, pressure pain is avoided.

Ergovlex with its tightly packed, latex-sprung slats offers exactly that: contour-appropriate adjustment without annoying vibration.
37 beech slats with special slots rest on a multi-layer latex buffer, 37 further beech slats lie parallel on the underside and stabilize the structure. The pressure is initially absorbed by the sensitive slats on the upper level, where the body adjustment takes place, then the pressure is transferred to the latex supports on the sides, then to a central buffer and finally, with greater weight loads, to the lower, strong row of slats. Fine contour adjustment.

Only in the 140 cm width do we differentiate between continuous 140 cm or two 70 cm wide slatted frames. We generally recommend two individual slatted frames of 70 cm each, and a continuous 140 cm wide slatted frame only for single sleepers up to approx. 65 kg.
